Continuing this initiative, FFI is now bringing the\nsame spirit to Usaha Merdeka Legendary, which focuses on strengthening\nUMK capabilities so they can develop culinary businesses that are\ndelicious, safe, nutritious, creative and sustainable.<\/p>\n<p>The company has joined forces with the Indonesian Food and Drug\nAuthority (BPOM) and Singaperbangsa University of Karawang (Unsika) for\nthe programme. The collaboration aims to equip UMK operators with\nknowledge of food safety and nutrition, as well as creativity in\ndeveloping culinary products.<\/p>\n<p>Al Mukhlas Fikri, dean of Unsika\u2019s Faculty of Health Sciences, said\nhome kitchens had significant potential as the starting point for\nbusiness development.
