        "content": "<p>The Attorney General\u2019s Asset Recovery Agency (BPA Kejagung) will\nauction a number of vehicles, jewellery, and luxury handbags belonging\nto convicted individuals. These items will officially be auctioned at\nthe BPA Fair 2026 event.<\/p>\n<p>Haris Supriatna, Head of Public Relations and Protocols at the\nAttorney General\u2019s Office, stated that the auctioned items originate\nfrom cases that have attained final legal force. The proceeds from the\nauction will be deposited into the state treasury.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cClearly, these are assets that have final legal force or are\ninkracht, originating from criminal cases, and the auction proceeds will\nbe deposited into the state treasury,\u201d Anang said when asked for\nconfirmation on Wednesday (29 April 2026).<\/p>\n<p>Anang did not provide details on the specific cases from which the\nauction items originate. He only mentioned that the items include those\nfrom convicted individuals in corruption cases related to tin\ngovernance, ASABRI, and robot trading fraud.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are items from the Harvey Moeis et al.\u00a0case, from the Jimmy\nSutopo case, Doni Salmanan, and others,\u201d Anang stated.<\/p>\n<p>According to the official BPA Fair website, there are several assets\nthat the Attorney General\u2019s Office will auction. These include a Ducati\nmotorbike owned by Doni Salmanan, as well as luxury handbags and\njewellery belonging to Sandra Dewi, the wife of the defendant in the tin\ncase, Harvey Moeis.<\/p>\n<p>The following are some of the items to be auctioned:<\/p>\n<p>Vehicles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Red Ferrari car with a reserve price of Rp 6,595,215,000<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Light blue McLaren car with a reserve price of Rp\n2,867,550,000<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Ducati Superleggera V4 motorbike with a reserve price of Rp\n1,473,959,000 and several other vehicles.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Luxury handbags:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Hermes Lindy 20 model bag, Y stamp (2020), orange, with a reserve\nprice of Rp 65,442,000<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Hermes Picotin Lock 18 Pocket model bag, U stamp (2022), yellow,\nwith a reserve price of Rp 45,951,000<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Chanel Classic Double Flap Bag Medium model with a reserve price\nof Rp 102,114,000, and other luxury handbags.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jewellery:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>18-karat gold bracelet, 31.09 grams, priced at Rp\n58,410,000<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>100-gram precious metal bar priced at Rp 275,399,000 and other\njewellery.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The full list of auctioned items can be viewed on the bpafair.com\nwebsite.
