Emotion welled up in Oci Rosita as she recalled her participation in\nthe Workshop Perempuan Berdaya (Empowered Women Workshop) held in West\nBandung on 5 August 2026.<\/p>\n
For the owner of the culinary business Ceuocchyque_culinary, the\nactivity held deep meaning because it not only broadened her business\ninsight but also presented a golden opportunity to advance her\nenterprise.<\/p>\n
Through this training programme, Oci gained new skills in processing\ncassava into various high-value cake variations that have now become an\nadditional mainstay on her menu.<\/p>\n
\u201cAlhamdulillah, this workshop has been very beneficial. I have been\nhelped by this training, so there are new menus in my business. I now\nknow how to make processed cakes from cassava, which have become an\nadditional menu for my business,\u201d said Oci.<\/p>\n
As a business owner who works daily in the culinary sector, she felt\nvery grateful for the facilities and knowledge obtained free of charge.\nThe experience left a deep emotional impression on her.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was moved, very sad because I had received knowledge and\neverything else, especially since everything was facilitated. Truly\nAlhamdulillah,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Oci revealed that the programme initiated by Sandiaga\nUno succeeded in fostering strong self-confidence within her. She is\nincreasingly motivated to prove that women have equal capacity to\nadvance and have a positive impact on the community.<\/p>\n
\u201cI cried. I am sure I can become like the great women out there.\nWomen must strengthen each other, support each other, so that we can\nmotivate ourselves to keep up our spirits,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Going forward, Oci has high hopes that similar coaching programmes\ncan be held sustainably to reach more women. She has also set a\nlong-term target to expand the scale of her business while absorbing\nlocal workers.<\/p>\n
\u201cHopefully after yesterday\u2019s training there will be further training\nand I personally can apply it in my business so that it can develop\nfurther and provide benefits as well as job opportunities for our\nneighbours who need them. Aamiin,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
A similar positive impression was also expressed by Agris Yuni\nRispandi, owner of the Berkah Waluya cake business and manager of\nHalaliin Solution Group. She felt touched when the training material\nexplored the importance of emotional intelligence for women who must\nbalance dual roles as entrepreneurs and housewives.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was moved and carried away. How we as women who carry out various\nroles need the ability to manage emotions and mood well. The dynamics of\nlife and business that do not always go as expected are a challenge in\nthemselves that need to be faced with a calmer and wiser attitude,\u201d she\nsaid.<\/p>\n
In addition to enriching business strategy, Agris considered the\nnetwork of relationships built during the event to provide added value\nfor the future development of her business.<\/p>\n
