Sanction needed for KPU<\/p>\n

The General Elections Commission (KPU) has not done its job
\nwell, as is evident in the poor logistics distribution and the
\npoor quality of the ink used in the presidential election.
\nBesides, it is also responsible for the validity of ballot papers
\nthat have been punctured all the way through, that is, from the
\ntop layer to the bottom.<\/p>\n
The KPU is made up of reputable intellectuals, but they seem
\nto have been very sloppy in their work. None of them seem to have
\nbeen prepared for the problems referred to above, especially
\nregarding the likelihood that a folded ballot paper will be
\npunctured from the top layer to the bottom.<\/p>\n
Many voters thought that they simply had to make a puncture on
\nthe picture of a candidate, without ever thinking that they first
\nhad to unfold the paper.<\/p>\n
I was the chairman of my local poll committee. Until the
\ncommittee was dissolved, we never received any instruction from
\nthe KPU about the validity of a ballot paper. Perhaps, the KPU
\nsent out this instruction, but it was much too late.<\/p>\n
