SaloneSatellite itself is a prestigious exhibition from Salone del\nMobile.Milano dedicated to providing a platform for visionary ideas from\ntalented creators under the age of 35. This Permanent Collection was\nestablished as a living archive to document its long journey since 1998.\nOver nearly three decades, the collection has recorded a significant\nhistory of global design evolution, illustrating how initial ideas or\nexperimental prototypes successfully penetrated the manufacturing\nindustry, were mass-produced, and ultimately recognised as contemporary\nglobal icons.<\/p>\n
Scheduled from 18 September to 18 October 2026 at Townhall IDD PIK2,\nthe exhibition is a key highlight of the annual Indonesia Design Week\n(IDW) 2026. Jakarta becomes the third international destination for the\nPermanent Collection, following Hong Kong in 2024 and the Italian\nPavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. Its presence at IDD PIK2 also marks the\nfirst stop in the latest international tour of Salone del Mobile.Milano,\nopening a new chapter in the collection\u2019s global journey.<\/p>\n
