"summary": "The Indonesian rupiah weakened to Rp17,349 per US dollar on Thursday morning, influenced by investor caution ahead of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting, where the US Federal Reserve maintained interest rates at 3.50-3.75 per cent despite four dissenting votes. The Fed's hawkish statement, coupled with ongoing Middle East tensions and rising oil prices, led to higher US Treasury yields and a stronger dollar, prompting a similar rise in Indonesian government bond yields. Analysts forecast the rupiah to fluctuate between Rp17,275 and Rp17,400 per dollar amid heightened inflation concerns.",
