        "content": "<p>JAKARTA - The construction of RS Adhyaksa Bali in Pekutatan Village,\nPekutatan District, Jembrana Regency, Bali, is progressing with a\nconcept for a modern hospital infused with distinctive Balinese\narchitectural nuances.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital, built by PT Hutama Karya (Persero), is designed in a\nNeo-Vernacular style to support healthcare services while incorporating\nlocal identity into a modern medical facility.<\/p>\n<p>RS Adhyaksa Bali is being developed as a type C hospital with a\ncapacity of 100 beds and a building area of 16,528.2 square metres.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital building consists of four main floors, one roof floor,\nand one semi-basement floor.<\/p>\n<p>As a modern healthcare facility, the hospital will be equipped with\noutpatient services, Emergency Installation (IGD), inpatient care,\nlaboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and various other operational support\nfacilities.<\/p>\n<p>Acting Executive Vice President and Secretary of Hutama Karya,\nHamdani, stated that the construction of RS Adhyaksa Bali is part of the\ncompany\u2019s commitment to improving the quality of healthcare services\nthrough reliable and sustainable infrastructure development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe ensure that all stages of work are carried out according to\nquality standards, prioritising the consistent application of Quality,\nHealth, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) aspects so that the\nproject can proceed safely, with high quality, and on schedule,\u201d said\nHamdani on Tuesday (12\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the construction progress shows positive developments.\nOngoing construction work includes borepile, as well as the start of\npilecap and tie beam work as part of the initial building structure.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of design, the Neo-Vernacular concept is implemented through\na fusion of characteristic Balinese architecture with modern hospital\nstandards.<\/p>\n<p>This concept is realised through the use of local-nuanced facade\nelements, selection of natural materials, and structured spatial zoning\ndivided between public, semi-public, private, and service areas.<\/p>\n<p>To maintain construction quality, the company applies Building\nInformation Modeling (BIM) and Common Data Environment (CDE)\ntechnologies.<\/p>\n<p>These systems are used to support quality control, work coordination,\nand integrated project data management.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to supporting improved healthcare services, the\nconstruction of RS Adhyaksa Bali is also expected to have an economic\nimpact on the surrounding community through the involvement of local\nlabour and collaboration with business actors and supporting SMEs for\nthe project.<\/p>",
