        "content": "<p>Commander of Squad 2 of the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal\nManagement Unit (UP TTPG), Anwar Mansyur, stated that accommodation is\none of the flagship services that differentiates the terminal from\nothers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPerhaps the flagship facility in the terminal that is not owned by\nother terminals at the moment is one of them, accommodation,\u201d said Anwar\nin the UP TTPG area, Cakung, East Jakarta, on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the accommodation rates are relatively affordable,\nmaking them accessible to various groups of passengers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor Rp15,000, you can stay at the terminal, with air conditioning\nfacilities and using mats,\u201d said Anwar.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, there are 25 accommodation rooms available, spread across\ntwo locations in the terminal area, namely 17 rooms in one building and\n8 rooms in the arrival area.<\/p>\n<p>According to Anwar, the occupancy rate of the accommodation is high\nand almost always full, especially during the Eid transportation\nperiod.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe demand is high and it is always filled by passengers at all\ntimes,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>To improve comfort, the management plans to increase the room\ncapacity to around 50 units and improve supporting facilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe target is around 50 rooms. Then the facilities will be improved\nagain so that those who stay feel comfortable,\u201d said Anwar.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, evaluations are also being conducted on the height of\nthe mattress base and room humidity to enhance user comfort.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will fix it, including replacing the bedsheets and maintenance so\nthat it is not damp,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Pulo Gebang Terminal serves various land travel routes to Central\nJava, East Java, Sumatra, and West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). For the Sumatra\nregion, the services cover routes to Lampung, Palembang, Bengkulu, Riau,\nJambi, and Medan in North Sumatra. The terminal also serves routes to\nBali.<\/p>\n<p>Based on operational data on Sunday (29\/3), there was significant\nvehicle and passenger movement activity since early morning.<\/p>\n<p>The number of buses arriving from 00.00 to around 14.00 WIB was 525\nunits.<\/p>\n<p>The total passengers recorded during that period reached 3,688\npeople.<\/p>\n<p>The terminal management routinely conducts public satisfaction\nsurveys on facilities and services at the departure location.<\/p>\n<p>The survey results show that the average passenger is satisfied with\nthe quality of service provided by the officers.<\/p>\n<p>The terminal party is committed to continuously improving\naccessibility and the quality of infrastructure facilities for the\ncomfort of holiday travellers.<\/p>",
