        "content": "<p>RP says 'No' to guerrilla release<\/p>\n<p>MANILA (AFP): Philippine officials on Monday rejected a<br>\ncommunist guerrilla demand to free two comrades serving life<br>\nterms for the murder of a U.S. military adviser, as government<br>\nnegotiators prepared to fly to Norway for peace talks.<\/p>\n<p>President Gloria Arroyo's security advisers decided to reject<br>\nthe National Democratic Front (NDF) demand for the release of the<br>\nconvicted killers of U.S. army colonel James Rowe, national<br>\nsecurity adviser Roilo Golez told reporters.<\/p>\n<p>Manila also rejected a call to withdraw its membership from<br>\nthe World Trade Organization and abrogate a military training<br>\npact with the United States, he added.<\/p>\n<p>Golez said the peace talks should proceed in the Norwegian<br>\ncapital of Oslo as scheduled on Friday despite Manila's<br>\ndecisions.<\/p>",
