The consortium<br>\nlater flowed oil in a sidetrack well.<\/p>\n<p>Bomasang said Alcorn (Production) Philippines Inc., the<br>\noperator of the field, was limiting production to avoid drawing<br>\nwater into the well again, adding that if the company wanted to<br>\nincrease production drastically, it would have to drill more<br>\nwells in the area.<\/p>",
