        "content": "<p>RP, Argentina, Chile tie up<\/p>\n<p>MANILA (AFP): The Philippines will sign trade and investment<br>\naccords with Chile and Argentina when President Joseph Estrada<br>\nvisits the countries next week, his spokesman Fernando Barican<br>\nsaid Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>During his visit to Chile from Sept. 15 to 17, Estrada will<br>\noversee the signing of agreements for cooperation on mining and<br>\nfor bilateral consultation between the foreign affairs ministries<br>\nof both countries.<\/p>\n<p>He will visit Argentina from September 17 to 21, during which<br>\nEstrada will witness the signing of agreements on investment<br>\npromotion and tourism and one abolishing visa requirements for<br>\ndiplomatic and official passport holders, Barican said in a<br>\nstatement.<\/p>\n<p>In both countries, Estrada will also discuss expanding<br>\nbilateral relations, including trade, economic and cultural ties.<\/p>",
