        "content": "<p>The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has announced that the regulation\nregarding the minimum share price limit, which will change from Rp50 to\nRp1 per share, will come into effect on Monday, 2jack 28 September next\nweek.<\/p>\n<p>This change will be accompanied by adjustments to the Auto Rejection\nlimits for Equity Securities and Infrastructure Investment Funds\n(DINFRA) traded on the Regular Market and Cash Market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShares that were previously at a price of Rp50 can be traded within\na wider price range to improve the quality of price discovery, encourage\nincreased liquidity, and provide flexibility for market participants in\nmanaging their investment portfolios,\u201d said the IDX Corporate Secretary,\nElsierra Putri Yosita, in an official statement in Jakarta on\nMonday.<\/p>\n<p>Until 31 December 2026, the prevailing Auto Reject Upper (ARA) and\nAuto Reject Lower (ARB) regulations will maintain an asymmetric ARB of\n15 per cent for shares priced above Rp10.<\/p>\n<p>In line with the adjustment of the minimum price limit to Rp1, for\nshares within the price range of Rp1 to Rp10, the ARA and ARB limits are\nset at Rp1.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, for shares priced between Rp10 and Rp200, the ARA is set\nat 35 per cent and the ARB at 15 per cent. For the price range above\nRp200 to Rp5,000, the ARA is set at 25 per cent and the ARB at 15 per\ncent. For shares priced above Rp5,000, the ARA is set at 20 per cent and\nthe ARB at 15 per cent.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, starting 1 January 2027, the IDX will implement\nsymmetric ARB according to the price range. For shares between Rp1 and\nRp10, both ARA and ARB will be set at Rp1.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, shares between Rp11 and Rp200 will have an ARA and ARB\nof 35 per cent each. Shares above Rp200 to Rp5,000 will have an ARA and\nARB of 25 per cent, while shares above Rp5,000 will have an ARA and ARB\nof 20 per cent.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the IDX is making similar adjustments to DINFRA\nParticipation Units, which previously had an ARA and ARB limit of 10 per\ncent for DINFRA priced above Rp50.<\/p>\n<p>Following the change, DINFRA within the Rp1 to Rp10 range will have\nan ARA and ARB limit of Rp1. Meanwhile, for DINFRA priced above Rp10,\nthe ARA and ARB are set at 10 per cent.<\/p>",
