Terusan Bukit<br>\nTunggul due to the lack of a building permit.<\/p>\n<p>The demolition began after the house owner, Mrs. Aminah Toriq,<br>\nfailed to arrange the demolition herself even though she had<br>\nfrequently assured the administration that she would do so.<\/p>\n<p>Antara news agency reported that the Bogor public works office<br>\nhad issued three warning letters to Mrs. Toriq but they were<br>\nignored.<\/p>\n<p>The agency reported that Mrs. Toriq also tried to contact some<br>\nof the Bogor administration's influential officials to back her<br>\nup but her attempt fell on deaf ears.<\/p>\n<p>However, the officers managed to demolish only the main gate<br>\nof the house because of a lack of adequate equipment.
