The case classification concerns the validity of
the execution of a forced search effort, according to the South Jakarta
District Court’s Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) on Tuesday
(23/6). The page did not display the full petition details. The
inaugural hearing, with the agenda of reading the petition, is scheduled
for Monday, 29 June 2026. Previously, the Metro Jaya Police had
transferred Roy Suryo and Tifauziah Tyassuma, also known as Doctor Tifa,
to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office. This transfer
followed the arrest of the two suspects on Friday (19/6) the previous
week. The Director of General Criminal Investigation at Metro Jaya
Police, Commissioner Iman Imanuddin, explained that the arrest of Roy
and Tifa was part of the process of handing over the suspects and
evidence from investigators to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office.
This step was taken after the case file had been declared complete, or
P-21, by the prosecutor’s office. ‘Furthermore, to ensure the presence
and availability of the suspects during this handover process of
suspects and evidence proceeds smoothly, investigators must confirm the
whereabouts and presence of the suspects,’ Iman said last Friday.
Following their arrest, Roy and Tifa were taken to the Police Hospital
in Kramat Jati for a medical examination. Based on the results, doctors
recommended that both undergo inpatient care to ensure their health
conditions remained stable. Subsequently, the South Jakarta District
Prosecutor’s Office decided not to detain Roy and Tifa. The Head of the
South Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office, Marcelo Bellah, stated that
the decision was made in accordance with applicable mechanisms and
regulations. ‘In accordance with the prevailing mechanisms and
provisions, the suspects are not being detained,’ Marcelo said. However,
both Roy and Tifa are required to report once a week.
",
