This time, the motion concerns a travel\nban.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, it is the fourth pre-trial, relating to the travel ban. The\nfirst hearing is on Friday,\u201d said Roy Suryo\u2019s lawyer, Abdul Gafur\nSangaji, when contacted on Monday (3\/8).<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Roy had filed pre-trial motions three times in relation\nto the case ensnaring him.<\/p>\n<p>The third pre-trial motion was registered by Roy at the South Jakarta\nDistrict Court on Wednesday, 15 July 2026, and was recorded under case\nnumber 118\/Pid.Pra\/2026\/PN JKT.SEL, classified as a \u201cCompensation\u201d\nmatter.<\/p>\n<p>In the third pre-trial motion, the first respondent was the Chief of\nthe Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Police, specifically the Director of\nthe General Crimes Investigation Directorate, the Head of the State\nSecurity Sub-Directorate, and the investigation team. The second\nrespondent was the Jakarta High Prosecutor\u2019s Office, specifically the\nAssistant for General Crimes of the Jakarta High Prosecutor\u2019s Office,\nthe Head of the South Jakarta District Prosecutor\u2019s Office, and the team\nof public prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p>In that pre-trial motion, he asked the judge to order the respondents\nto pay material compensation of Rp106 million and immaterial damages of\nRp100 million, bringing the total claim to Rp206 million.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, in the second pre-trial motion concerning his designation\nas a suspect, the first judge rejected the petition.<\/p>\n<p>However, in the first pre-trial motion regarding the search, arrest\nand detention, the judge ruled in Roy\u2019s favour.<\/p>",
