"summary": "Metro Jaya Police have resubmitted the case files involving allegations of Jokowi's fake diploma to the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, covering five suspects including Roy Suryo, while three others opted for an out-of-court settlement. The investigation, which determined eight suspects in total for charges including defamation, hate speech, and incitement, was prolonged due to witness examinations and unsuccessful independent forensic requests on the diploma. This development underscores the ongoing legal efforts to address claims against the President, highlighting tensions around political accusations and judicial processes in Indonesia.",
