        "content": "<p>Beijing (ANTARA) - Russia\u2019s state nuclear company Rosatom will sign\nthree memoranda of understanding on cooperation during President\nVladimir Putin\u2019s visit to China, including on thermonuclear research,\nCEO Alexey Likhachev said on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Putin is making an official visit to China on Tuesday and Wednesday\n(20 May) at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday (18 May), Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said the\ndelegation on the Russian visit was highly representative, including\nfive deputy prime ministers, eight ministers, the head of the central\nbank, the head of state-owned companies, and regional heads.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Three memorandums have been prepared for signature during Vladimir\nVladimirovich Putin\u2019s visit,\u2019 Likhachev told reporters.<\/p>\n<p>The understandings include development of human resources for nuclear\nenergy, and Rosatom is ready to share its experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018We have signed an agreement with the Department of Science and\nTechnology on work in the field of thermonuclear energy and\nthermonuclear research,\u2019 Likhachev said.<\/p>\n<p>The CEO added that China is showing increasing interest in\ncooperation on the Northern Sea Route each month.<\/p>",
