        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Minister of Investment and Industry, also Chief\nExecutive Officer (CEO) of Danantara Indonesia, Rosan Roeslani, said\nthat Danantara Sumber Daya Indonesia (DSI) will have offices in the\nDanantara Building and is scheduled to be inaugurated next week. \u2018Next\nweek (it will be a state-owned enterprise), its office is in Danantara;\nthe offices have already been prepared in Danantara,\u2019 Rosan told\nreporters at the Presidential Palace complex, Jakarta, on Friday. He\nconfirmed that DSI\u2019s status will be that of a state-owned enterprise\n(BUMN), not a national private company. \u2018BUMN,\u2019 he said briefly. In a\nseparate interview, Rosan also explained the reason for appointing Luke\nThomas Mahony as President Director of PT DSI. Under invoicing refers to a practice whereby\nimporters or exporters deliberately report a lower value or price in the\ninvoice than the actual transaction value. Transfer pricing is a policy\nof setting prices in transactions between companies with special\nrelationships (affiliates), whether in goods, services, intangible\nassets, or financing. In its implementation, DSI will be run in two\nstages. In the first stage, running from 1 June to 31 December 2026, DSI\nwill act as an assessor and intermediary between sellers and buyers of\ncertain export commodities. In the latest government regulation, Prabowo\nsaid that with the regulation issued, state-owned enterprises become the\nsole exporters for crude palm oil, coal and ferro alloys. \u2018The sale of\nall our natural resource outputs, we begin with crude palm oil, coal,\nand ferro alloys; we are required to ensure that it is carried out\nthrough the state-owned enterprises appointed by the Government of the\nRepublic of Indonesia as the sole exporters,\u2019 said President\nPrabowo.<\/p>",
