        "content": "<p>Danantara CEO Rosan Roeslani revealed that 88 victims of the train\naccident involving the Argo Bromo Anggrek and a KRL at Bekasi Station\nwere taken to hospital. Several of them have now been able to return\nhome.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRegarding the victims I mentioned earlier who were admitted to\nhospital, there are 88, of whom 28 have already been discharged,\u201d Rosan\nsaid while visiting the victims at Bekasi City Hospital on Tuesday\n(28\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Rosan stated that more than a dozen victims have already passed away.\nHe also expressed condolences for the incident.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNaturally, first and foremost, we are deeply saddened by the train\naccident that occurred last night, and as we know, there are victims,\nincluding 15 who have died,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Rosan directly visited the victims being treated in the inpatient\nward at Bekasi City Hospital. He assured that KAI will take full\nresponsibility for covering the treatment costs for the victims until\ncompletion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNaturally, the government, in this case KAI, will take full\nresponsibility for the current costs, health costs, and other costs\nrelated to this accident,\u201d Rosan stated.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Rosan emphasised that Danantara will conduct an\nevaluation for KAI. According to him, the evaluation will be carried out\njointly with relevant ministries.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNaturally, we will evaluate comprehensively and also conduct an\nassessment of Kereta Api Indonesia together with the relevant ministries\nand agencies to ensure that safety is the utmost priority in operating\nthe trains in Indonesia,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, Rosan mentioned that the flyover construction\nproject at the incident site will be carried out as soon as possible.\nThis effort is aimed at preventing similar incidents from recurring.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt will be implemented as soon as possible, and this is a swift step\nfrom the President to ensure that such incidents never happen or are\nallowed to recur,\u201d he added.<\/p>",
