Once\nthere is agreement, a case review is then conducted to determine the\nlegal status. \u201cThe stages of Restorative Justice involve a request from\nthe suspect, the person designated as a suspect, requesting to the\nvictim or reporter for their case to be RJ-ed,\u201d he said. \u201cAfter that,\nthe reporter or victim approves it, and it goes through a case review\nprocess by the investigator, through internal and external case reviews\nthat are presented.
