        "content": "<p>RI maids in Singapore win awards<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: Three Indonesian maids working in Singapore have been <br>\ngiven awards from the Indonesian Embassy after they secured <br>\nawards from Singapore's Association of Employment Agencies for <br>\nbeing the \"best maids\" for 2004.<\/p>\n<p>The three are Harimini binti Garun, Warinah binti Warino and <br>\nEmiyanti binti Abdul Rojak. Harimini won the Association's best <br>\nmaid award, with Warinah named as runner up. Emiyanti won the <br>\nmerit award.<\/p>\n<p>The Indonesian Embassy in Singapore also gave awards to their <br>\nrespective employers and to the Association during a ceremony <br>\nattended by hundreds of Indonesian maids currently working in <br>\nSingapore, the embassy said in a statement made available to The <br>\nJakarta Post on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Andradjati, Indonesia's deputy ambassador to Singapore, said <br>\nthat he hoped that Indonesian maids, the Association and <br>\nemployers would continue improve cooperation in the future. -- JP<\/p>",
