        "content": "<p>RI bond pricing next week<\/p>\n<p>WASHINGTON (Dow Jones): Pricing for a large program of special<br>\nbonds to be used to finance Indonesia's bank restructuring<br>\nprogram should be finalized within the next week, the country's<br>\ncentral bank governor said Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\"We expect it this week or early next week,\" Bank Indonesia<br>\ngovernor Sjahril Sabirin said on the sidelines of the<br>\nInternational Monetary Fund's spring meetings.<\/p>\n<p>The total bond program is estimated at Rp 300 trillion<\/p>\n<p>Sjahril said the bank would strike agreements with individual<br>\nbanks to prevent them from floating the bonds too early. The<br>\ncentral bank is concerned that a sudden flood of such issues to<br>\nthe market would depress the market for its own Sertifikat Bank<br>\nIndonesia, or SBI, debt instruments, against which the bonds will<br>\nbe priced.<\/p>\n<p>Sjahril also said he expects the rupiah to hold stable despite<br>\nconcerns over mounting violence ahead of parliamentary elections<br>\nin June.<\/p>\n<p>\"So far, despite some bad news, the rupiah has been<br>\nresilient,\" he said.<\/p>",
