        "content": "<p>Home Affairs Minister (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian directly\ninspected settlements affected by flash floods in Siau Tagulandang Biaro\nIslands Regency (Sitaro), North Sulawesi, on Friday (10\/4\/2026). The\nvisit was conducted together with the Minister of Housing and Settlement\nAreas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait and BPS Chief Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti.\nOn that occasion, Tito emphasised that their presence aimed to ensure\nthe handling of damaged houses due to the disaster, in line with direct\ninstructions from President Prabowo Subianto. \u201cThe programme from\nPresident Prabowo instructs Mr Ara Sirait, myself, the BPS Chief, and\neveryone to work on housing and improve development in border areas,\u201d\nTito stated in a press release received by Kompas.com on Friday. He\nadded that the Ministry of PKP has a programme to address uninhabitable\nhouses in border regions.
