        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The involvement of TNI members in the\nkidnapping and murder case of the Head of a State-Owned Bank Branch,\nMohammad Ilham Pradipta, originated from defendant Dwi Hartono\u2019s plan to\nshift funds from dormant or inactive accounts.<\/p>\n<p>At that time, Dwi Hartono was looking for thugs or TNI members to act\nas facilitators or intermediaries to the bank branch leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Dwi then contacted his friend, Yohanes Joko Pamuntas, to find him\nthugs or TNI members.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen asked (by Dwi) if I knew any thugs, maybe first because I\n(worked) in parking, second maybe back in university days, if I knew any\nthugs, turns out my girlfriend was harassed during university, I thought\nsomething similar,\u201d said Joko during the trial at the Military Court on\nMonday (27\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>At that time, Joko did not know Dwi\u2019s purpose in seeking thugs.<\/p>\n<p>Then, Joko remembered Serka Mochamad Nasir, who was his\nneighbour.<\/p>\n<p>Dwi Hartono then asked him to introduce him to Nasir.
