        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Holidaymakers using intercity and interprovincial\n(AKAP) buses have begun arriving at Tanjung Priok Bus Terminal in North\nJakarta following the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah holiday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom morning until midday today, around 250 passengers arrived with\na total of about 30 buses. We predict that arrivals will become busier\nagain this evening until night,\u201d said the Head of Tanjung Priok Bus\nTerminal, Sandi, in Jakarta on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the peak of the first return wave occurred on\nTuesday (24\/3), and the peak of the second return wave is estimated to\ntake place on Saturday (28\/3) and Sunday (29\/3) due to schools resuming\nactivity on Monday (30\/3).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe number of arriving passengers has not yet experienced a\nsignificant surge. Conditions at Tanjung Priok Terminal remain monitored\nand conducive up to now,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>According to Sandi, the current return flow at Tanjung Priok Terminal\nis dominated by passengers from Central Java and East Java regions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJoint personnel remain on alert, including at health posts and\nsecurity points to ensure the smooth and safe return of holidaymakers to\nJakarta,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>One bus passenger from Magetan, East Java, Yudi (38), said he had\nreturned to his hometown since H-3 before Eid and is coming back to\nJakarta early because he will start work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe journey was quite smooth and safe, although there was some\ncongestion at several points. Overall, it was still comfortable,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>According to Yudi, transportation services are now much better. He\nhopes that in the future, facilities and travel information can continue\nto be improved.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHopefully in the future, the homecoming and return flows can be\nbetter organised, facilities improved, and journeys made more\ncomfortable for all people,\u201d he stated.<\/p>",
