PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET) has provided an explanation\nto the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) regarding information disclosure\nand planned corporate actions. The official letter was signed by INET\u2019s\nSenior Vice President Corporate Secretary, Arki Rifazka, on 1 September\n2026.<\/p>\n
This step was taken in response to a request for clarification from\nthe BEI sent on 28 August 2026. In its explanation, INET management\nemphasised that, to date, there is no undisclosed material information\nor facts that could affect the value of the company\u2019s securities or\ninvestors\u2019 investment decisions.<\/p>\n
Nevertheless, the connectivity services provider confirmed that there\nare plans for corporate actions in the near future. INET intends to\nissue its first series of Sustainable Bonds and Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah\nwithin 2026.<\/p>\n
Regarding the activities of major shareholders, management stated\nthat PT Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara (AKUN), as the controlling\nshareholder, maintains its funds as long-term investments. Based on\nconfirmation from AKUN, the controlling shareholder has no plans to\nreduce its shareholding in INET.<\/p>\n
