Deputy Chief of Police Komjen Dedi Prasetya\ndescribed the launch of this feature as one of the efforts to accelerate\nresponses and restore public trust. He stated that this innovation is\nalso an implementation of Chief of Police Jenderal Listyo Sigit\nPrabowo\u2019s priority programme, which emphasises the transformation of\ntechnology-based public services that are fast, easy, and transparent.\n\u201cThe police are required to immediately evaluate public complaints in\nthe first quarter, particularly by reducing the response time of members\nto under 10 minutes,\u201d Dedi said in his speech on Tuesday (14\/4). Dedi\nsaid that through this online LP and LK creation feature, it is also\nhoped to significantly reduce bureaucratic processes. He assured that\nthe report creation process goes through a secure and integrated\nidentity verification system.
