Residential ID card in Depok<\/p>\n

In conjunction with the anniversary of Depok in May 2002, the
\nDepok city administration launched a program to speed up the
\nprocess of issuing residential ID cards and family certificates.<\/p>\n
A number of residents and I, all from Griya Pasaraya Indah,
\nRawa Depok, Rangkapanjaya Baru, Pancoran Mas, Depok city, took
\npart in the program, which was coordinated by Asep Kamaludin, one
\nof our neighbors and also an employee of PT Griya Gemilang Indah,
\nthe developer of Griya Pasaraya Indah.<\/p>\n
Asep told us to prepare photocopies of our old documents plus
\n2x3 cm photographs. He also said that the fee per family would
\nbe Rp 75,000.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, I did not get my new residential ID card until
\nabout 10 days ago (with some corrections owing to misprints). As
\nfor the family certificate, it is still being processed. Asep has
\njust given us empty promises, and some of us need these
\ncertificates for various important matters.<\/p>\n
Therefore, I, on behalf of the residents of Griya Pasaraya
\nIndah, particularly neighborhood 014\/01, would like to ask the
\nauthorities and responsible parties the following questions:<\/p>\n
a. What are the requirements for a new residential ID card and a
\nfamily card?<\/p>\n
b. What is the official fee for a new residential ID card and a
\nfamily card?<\/p>\n
c. How long will it take to get a new residential ID card and a
\nfamily card?<\/p>\n
