        "content": "<p>Researchers poor in methodology<\/p>\n<p>MEDAN: A university professor here has said that the weak<br>\nresearch methodology has caused difficulties to researchers at<br>\nvarious colleges in this province.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. H.M. Solly Lubis said on Saturday that as a result, many<br>\nresearch proposals have been rejected by the State University of<br>\nNorth Sumatra and other local colleges.<\/p>\n<p>Lubis urged colleges to continue with their training programs<br>\non research methodology for junior lecturers and young<br>\nresearchers in order to improve quality,  Antara reported.<\/p>\n<p>The professor, who is the former head of the Social and<br>\nCultural Research Center of the University of North Sumatra, said<br>\nit is high time now to introduce junior researchers to the system<br>\nof research and development management.
