The government has given the company the<br>\nright to raise fares, but it is not fair for the drivers to<br>\nrefuse to pick up school children and students for commercial<br>\nreasons. Drivers may have their own reasons: for example, they<br>\nhave a hard time covering the daily rental of the bus to the<br>\nowners. But they must also consider the interests of the young<br>\npeople.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore the government as well as Organda (Land Transport<br>\nOrganization) should try to address this problem.
