        "content": "<p>\u201cThe strategy is through investment projects ready to offer (IPRO).\nWe are offering a number of investment projects that are fully developed\nand ready to be worked by investors,\u201d North Penajam Paser District\u2019s\ninvestment office head, Amrullah, stated here on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Amrullah said his office attracts investments in sectors that support\nthe development of the new capital, noting that water resources,\nagriculture, and tourism have been identified as key sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Related news: IKN Authority backs buffer zone in North Penajam\nPaser<\/p>\n<p>North Penajam Paser District is committed to provide business\ncertainty with data, site, and project readiness, as well as permit and\nregulatory facilities, ensuring prompt and smooth investments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will focus on integrated permit and real-time data update\nfacilities to attract global investors,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, he revealed the North Penajam Paser Disctrict\nadministration is targeting Rp3.4 trillion (US$187 million) in\ninvestment this year after recording fluctuating investment realisation\nover the past two years.<\/p>\n<p>After surpassing its 2024 target by 45 percent\u2014recording Rp3.7\ntrillion (US$203.5 million) in investment against a target of Rp2.5\ntrillion (US$137.5 million)\u2014the district achieved only about one-third\nof its 2025 target, realising Rp1.7 trillion (US$95.3 million) against a\ntarget of Rp4.7 trillion (US$258 million).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo further boost investment performance, a number of strategies have\nbeen put in place to ensure the investment target of Rp3.4 trillion by\n2026 is met.
