        "content": "<p>Refund by Aria Tours<\/p>\n<p>From Kompas<\/p>\n<p>My friends and I joined a Jakarta-Beijing-Hong Kong package<br>\ntour on June 30 organized by PT Arya Nusa Permai (Aria Tours),<br>\nJl. Latumeten 37, West Jakarta. The Jakarta-Beijing program took<br>\nplace, but the Beijing-Hongkong part was canceled due to a change<br>\nin Garuda's flight schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say we were disappointed. Worse, the tour<br>\norganizers knew of the change before we left Jakarta and could<br>\nhave at least informed us. That they didn't was clearly<br>\nintentional.<\/p>\n<p>The organizing company was to make a refund. We received a<br>\ncheck to be cleared by a bank, but it was dishonored, as was a<br>\nsecond check. The reason given by the bank was that the account<br>\nhas been closed.<\/p>\n<p>We have been trying to get our refund but all we have obtained<br>\nis promises.
