If\nany party promises passing with compensation, it is a scam.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The government today, Wednesday, officially opened\nthe national recruitment for 5,476 special positions for managers of the\nRed and White Fishermen\u2019s Villages (KNMP).<\/p>\n<p>Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs Zulkifli Hasan, in a press\nconference in Jakarta on Wednesday, emphasised that the selection is\nconducted openly, transparently, and accountably without any fees.<\/p>\n<p>The open selection is for D3, D4, and S1 graduates from all majors\nwith a maximum age of 35 years and a minimum Cumulative Grade Point\nAverage (CGPA) of 2.75.<\/p>\n<p>Those who pass will be placed as employees of State-Owned Enterprises\n(SOEs) under PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara with a Fixed-Term Employment\nAgreement (PKWT) for two years.<\/p>\n<p>He also emphasised that workforce placement will prioritise local\ncommunities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf there are two candidates with the same score, then priority is\ngiven to those from the nearest area,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>On the same occasion, the Head of the Agency for Extension and\nDevelopment of Marine and Fisheries Human Resources (BPPSDMKP) Nyoman\nRadiarta explained that the recruitment for the Red and White\nFishermen\u2019s Villages manager positions covers four main roles: manager,\nhead of production, quality assurance, and financial administration.<\/p>\n<p>The government targets the completion of 1,300 Red and White\nFishermen\u2019s Villages by the end of this year.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to KNMP, the government is also opening 30,000 positions\nfor Red and White Village\/Urban Village Cooperative Managers under\nAgrinas Pangan Nusantara.
