Receiver reports Prudential lawyer<\/p>\n
JAKARTA: Court appointed receiver Yuhelson filed a complaint with
\nthe Jakarta Police for defamation against PT Prudential Life
\nAssurance lawyer Ricardo Simanjuntak on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
The receiver reported Ricardo over the latter's remark in the
\nmedia in the past week that Yuhelson was not a legitimate
\nreceiver and might not have the relevant experience, therefore he
\nwas not competent enough to safeguard the assets of the company,
\nwhich was declared bankrupt by the commercial court last month.<\/p>\n
\"We refute the allegation, and we have reported him to the
\nJakarta Police,\" Yuhelson said in a release. -- JP<\/p>",
