Enda Nasution stated that the public needs to\ndistinguish between a one-off disturbance, a pattern of harassment, and\na serious threat. He noted that not every random message needs to be\nescalated into a major case, but victims must understand when a\nsituation has crossed the line and requires immediate escalation.<\/p>\n<p>If the disturbance leads to sexual harassment, Enda advised victims\nto collect complete evidence. This can include screenshots, screen\nrecordings, the sender\u2019s account identity, the time of the incident, and\nother information that can strengthen a report. Subsequently, victims\ncan report the case to the authorities. If the victim is a university\nstudent, they can file a complaint with the university\u2019s Task Force Unit\nfor the Prevention and Handling of Violence in Higher Education\n(PPKPT).<\/p>\n<p>Enda also reminded victims to be cautious if they wish to make a\nharassment case go viral on social media.
