        "content": "<p>Rebel sympathizers jailed in Aceh<\/p>\n<p>BANDA ACEH, Aceh: Three sympathizers of the Aceh separatist<br>\nmovement were sentenced to between three and four years in jail<br>\nby the district court here yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>The court found Rusli, 22, M. Yusuf, 31, and T. Abdullah<br>\nguilty of subversion and sentenced them to three and half years,<br>\nthree years, and four years imprisonment respectively .<\/p>\n<p>Presiding judge Sofyan said in his verdict that the defendants<br>\nhad shown no remorse for supporting the Gerakan Aceh Merdeka, or<br>\nFree Aceh Movement.<\/p>\n<p>The defendants, the judge said, \"knew a lot\" about the<br>\nmovement's logistics provision and marijuana trading, Antara<br>\nreported.<\/p>\n<p>Neither the prosecutors nor the defense lawyers contended the<br>\nverdict.
