"summary": "The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has proposed limiting the tenure of political party leaders to a maximum of two terms to promote internal cadre development and prevent corruption risks in Indonesia's political system. This recommendation is part of a broader 2025 study identifying vulnerabilities in party governance, including high political costs and inadequate cadre systems, and offers 16 specific reforms to the 2011 Political Parties Law. The proposals aim to enhance transparency, financial accountability, and structured leadership progression, involving revisions to require party membership for candidates in elections and stricter reporting mechanisms.",
