        "content": "<p>Ratelindo&apos;s service disappointment<\/p>\n<p>As a telecommunication service company, Ratelindo identifies<br>\ncustomer satisfaction as its top priority. But my experience with<br>\nthis company&apos;s service has been disappointing.<\/p>\n<p>I have already read numerous complaint letters in newspapers<br>\nabout the company&apos;s service. Ignoring these rumors, though, I<br>\ndecided to register with the company on July 24.<\/p>\n<p>Usually it takes three days (maximum) for an installation<br>\nafter registration. They only installed mine on July 31 because I<br>\ngot angry and called them almost every day.<\/p>\n<p>It was irritating when my friend, who lives in the same house<br>\n(but different room), got her telephone line quicker. She had<br>\nregistered two days later, on July 26, and the technician came<br>\nthe next day.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, Aug. 2, after returning from work at 4 p.m., I<br>\ndiscovered that my telephone was not functioning. On Monday I<br>\ncalled customer service and an assistant promised to have the<br>\nline fixed.<\/p>\n<p>Three days later, there was still no sign of a technician.<br>\nWhenever I called Ratelindo to ask when they would fix the<br>\ntelephone they always gave me the same answer: &quot;Please wait, your<br>\nname has been put on a list. We will contact you soon.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 9, two technicians arrived, checked the connection and<br>\ninformed me that the antenna was on the wrong setting therefore<br>\nthe SSU (the component box) had failed. They removed the<br>\ntelephone&apos;s connection cables saying they would return on Monday<br>\nwith a new one.<\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 12, after two weeks without a telephone connection, I<br>\ncalled customer service again but only blamed each other and<br>\ncould not resolve the situation.<\/p>\n<p>I am greatly disappointed. Ratelindo&apos;s service is<br>\nunprofessional and I have lost money, time and energy in the<br>\nprocess.
