        "content": "<p>The increasingly dynamic development of the construction industry\ncontinues to demand that companies and their human resources enhance\ntheir abilities and competencies.<\/p>\n<p>Purnomo, Director of Business Development, Human Capital &amp; Legal\nat PT Brantas Abayraya (Persero), stated that technological changes,\ndigitalisation, evolving labour regulations, and rising demands for\ncorporate governance make competence a critical factor in facing\nindustrial shifts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the midst of such rapid change, experience alone is not enough.\nWe must ensure that this experience is supported by measurable\ncompetence, continuously updated knowledge, and the ability to adapt to\nchange,\u201d Purnomo said in a statement on Thursday, 10 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In response to these industry demands, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero)\nis conducting a Human Resources Management (HRM) Work Competency\nCertification, providing free certification access to 100\nparticipants.<\/p>\n<p>Purnomo noted that this programme is not only intended for Abipraya\npersonnel but also opens opportunities for university students and\nBrantas Abipraya\u2019s partners to improve their competencies in the field\nof Human Resources Management.<\/p>",
