        "content": "<p>Rakernis Fungsi Lantas 2026 was held at the Auditorium Mutiara\nSTIK\/PTIK Polri, South Jakarta, on Friday (22\/5\/2026). Attending were\nWakapolri Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo, Minister of Transportation\nDudy Purwagandhi, Chair of Commission III of the DPR Habiburokhman and\nChair of the DPR\u2019s MKD Nazaruddin Dek Gam. Also present were Korlantas\nPolri stakeholders such as Jasa Marga President Director Rivan Achmad\nPurwantono, Jasa Raharja President Director Muhammad Awaluddin. Also\npresent were ASDP President Director Heru Widodo, and Pelindo President\nDirector Achmad Muchtasyar. Irjen Agus explained that this year\u2019s\nRakernis carries the theme \u2018Digitalisation of Traffic Police Services to\nSupport the Polri Precise Transformation in the Context of Realising\nAsta Cita\u2019. He said his officers are fully committed to implementing the\nleadership\u2019s directives in terms of organisational transformation up to\npublic service. \u2018Korlantas Polri will certainly always carry out the\nleadership\u2019s directives, including organisational transformation,\noperational transformation, public service transformation, and\nsupervisory transformation,\u2019 said Irjen Agus, on Friday (22\/5\/2026). One\nof the main points highlighted by Irjen Agus is the revitalisation of\npublic services through Satu Data Korlantas. This system will be a\nsingle data bank that synchronises various information, ranging from\nelectronic traffic violation records (ETLE), motor vehicle registration\n(electronic STNK\/BPKB), to driver licensing (SIM). \u2018So ETLE now has ETLE\nhandheld, ETLE drone, ETLE on board, ETLE static. Of course, this is an\ninevitability to realise traffic that will be more orderly and road\nusers will comply,\u2019 said Irjen Agus. In addition, he also hopes that the\nmotor vehicle administrative processes in the future can be carried out\nby the public in a very practical way. Irjen Agus urged that the process\nof paying taxes can be made as easy and as quick as buying credit.\n\u2018During our Samsat Coordination Meeting (Rakor Samsat), we expect paying\ntaxes to be as easy as buying credit. We also hope for the Director of\nLantas and colleagues to prioritise revitalisation and optimisation of\npublic services, including SINAR and SIGNAL; this should be prioritised\nso as to be digital public services,\u2019 clarified Irjen Agus. Beyond\nadministrative services, technological leaps are also applied in road\nsurveillance. On that occasion, Irjen Agus introduced the use of drones\nto support the ETLE system. Not only about law enforcement, Irjen Agus\nalso noted that they have now changed the approach to be more humane.\nOne of them is by embracing the community of online motorcycle taxi\nriders (ojol), which is currently moving toward the formation of the\nKomunitas Ojol Nusantara. \u2018We report to the Wakapolri that 15 Polda are\nready; this is almost millions of ojol we have embraced; we have\nconducted silaturahmi,\u2019 said Irjen Agus. \u2018Indeed, the face of Polantas\ntoday is the new face of Polantas, the Polantas face now is not about\nfining but about approach with heart, silaturahmi, to embrace so that\nroad users, especially two-wheeled, can comply and be law-abiding and\nadhere to traffic rules by themselves because they have become friends\nof Polri and friends of Polantas,\u2019 he concluded.
