        "content": "<p>Railway company's survey<\/p>\n<p>From Warta Kota<\/p>\n<p>On Feb. 14, 2001 the railway company (KAI) conducted a survey<br>\nof train passengers in the Jakarta-Bogor-Tangerang-Bekasi area.<br>\nIt was said that the survey was aimed at enhancing the company's<br>\nservices to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Strangely, however, the next day I saw one of the ticket<br>\nbooths in Pasar Minggu station closed while some of the KAI<br>\nemployees were joyfully playing table tennis. They explained that<br>\nthe frequent closures were due to the fact that no one was<br>\navailable for that booth.<\/p>\n<p>I wanted to inquire about it directly to the station master,<br>\nbut I was always told that he was not around.<\/p>\n<p>Another nuisance prevailing in this particular station is the<br>\ngreat number of sidewalk vendors occupying the station's<br>\npavements.
