The city council and education office have<br>\nalso prohibited teachers from obliging students to attend such<br>\nlessons.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of National Education should deal with this issue<br>\nseriously. During the past few years, the mentality of teachers,<br>\nprincipals and managers at some schools has been questionable.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes when teaching mathematics, teachers do not explain<br>\nthe lessons properly and students' exam results are poor, forcing<br>\nthem to join extra courses. This continues despite parents'<br>\ncomplaints to school principals and many parents suspect teachers<br>\nand principals of collusion.<\/p>\n<p>Other teachers are intelligent graduates of popular<br>\nuniversities who fail to transfer their knowledge to students<br>\neffectively.
