        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Dude Herlino and Alyssa Soebandono are said to\nbe uninvolved in the internal affairs of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia (PT\nDSI), which is now embroiled in an alleged fraud case.<\/p>\n<p>Dude and Alyssa\u2019s legal representative, Muhamad Alyudi Harahap,\nemphasised that his clients only served as brand ambassadors for PT DSI\nand operated under a professional contract with the company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf there are questions pointing to PT DSI\u2019s internal matters, we\nstate that we do not know. We are purely external parties whose services\nwere hired by PT DSI based on the agreement outlined in the contract,\nwhich has been fulfilled,\u201d Alyudi said after the examination of Dude and\nAlyssa at the Bareskrim Polri building in Jakarta on Thursday\n(2\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>During the five-hour examination, Dude Herlino was asked 32\nquestions, while Alyssa Soebandono received 21 questions.<\/p>\n<p>Alyudi noted that most of the investigators\u2019 questions related to his\nclients\u2019 working relationship with PT DSI.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMas Dude acted as a brand ambassador for PT DSI, and that\nrelationship is clearly regulated in the contract. The contract is made\nannually and renewed each year. That\u2019s the extent of it,\u201d Alyudi\nstated.<\/p>\n<p>He assessed that the amount was proportional to the work performed in\naccordance with the contract\u2019s obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Alyudi added that before entering the partnership, his clients had\napplied principles of prudence, including ensuring that PT DSI had\npermits and supervision from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), as\nwell as the presence of a Sharia Supervisory Board from the Indonesian\nUlema Council (MUI).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe existence of permits from state authorities serves as the basis\nthat legally there are no issues with the partnership.
