A number of road sections in Jakarta are severely damaged.
\nRoads newly repaired look alright for a while, only to be smashed
\nagain by rain and returned subsequently to their original state,
\nwith large holes appearing all over.<\/p>\n
Road repair in the capital city is usually conducted soon
\nafter damaged parts have claimed victims, or letters to the
\neditor have been published in the print media. But the repair is
\nmostly done in a perfunctory way and the quality of workmanship
\nis low. Isn't there a working quality control function exercised
\nby the provincial administration?<\/p>\n
The question therefore arises as to whether the mayor's office
\nin the relevant territory of Jakarta has no division in charge of
\ncontrolling the quality of work of municipal personnel. This is
