        "content": "<p>Quality management seminar at Trisakti<\/p>\n<p>To publicize developments in information technology (IT)<br>\napplications for quality management, Trisakti University will<br>\nhold a two-day seminar on Nov. 30.<\/p>\n<p>Intelligent use of IT could improve productivity, reliability<br>\nand a company&apos;s competitiveness, the organizers said.<\/p>\n<p>During the seminar, which will take place at the Hotel Menara<br>\nPeninsula, West Jakarta, several management experts will discuss<br>\nconcepts, including quality function deployment, total quality<br>\nmanagement, customer satisfaction, six sigma, benchmarking,<br>\nexperiment design, taguchi, statistical process control, quality<br>\nsystems, the balanced scorecard, and total quality.<\/p>\n<p>The university has invited lecturers, researchers, and<br>\nstudents to propose papers at the seminar. These should be<br>\nsubmitted to the organizers on Nov. 28 at the Trisakti campus on<br>\nJl. Kyai Tapa, Grogol, West Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>--The Jakarta Post<\/p>",
