        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Ministry of Investment and\nDownstreaming\/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) recorded investment\nrealisation throughout the first quarter of 2026 at Rp 498.8 trillion.\nThis amount equates to 24.4 percent of this year\u2019s investment target of\nRp 2,041.3 trillion. Minister of Investment and Downstreaming\/Head of\nBKPM Rosan Roeslani stated that the investment realisation up to the end\nof March 2026 increased by 7.2 percent from the same period last year.\n\u201cThe investment realisation was recorded at Rp 498.8 trillion, an\nincrease of approximately 7.2 percent compared to the first quarter of\n2025,\u201d he said during a press conference at the Ministry of Investment\nand Downstreaming\/BKPM office in Jakarta on Thursday (23\/4\/2026). In\ndetail, the composition of investments was dominated by foreign direct\ninvestment (PMA) at Rp 250 trillion, or about 50.1 percent of the total.\nMeanwhile, the remainder, valued at Rp 248.8 trillion, came from\ndomestic investment realisation (PMDN). From a regional contribution\nperspective, investments outside Java still dominated at 49.6 percent or\nRp 247.5 trillion, while in Java it was Rp 251.3 trillion or 49.6\npercent. Looking at the top five countries with investment realisation\nin the first quarter of 2026, Singapore still holds the first rank with\na value of $4.6 billion.
