This condition has been<br>\ngoing on for years. Every time you pass the area a strong and<br>\npenetrating smell greets you. The market management, as well as<br>\nthe police, seem indifferent to the situation. All kinds of waste<br>\noriginating from the market piles up, whereas the garbage service<br>\nis incapable of disposing of the stuff.<\/p>\n<p>I think many agree with me that this condition does not<br>\nreflect the ideal of preserving the environment and upholding<br>\nnational discipline.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, I hope the governor of Jakarta immediately<br>\ninstructs the mayor of South Jakarta, district and village chiefs<br>\nand the management of Pasar Minggu market to get rid of the<br>\nputrid waste.<\/p>\n<p>I suggest that each vendor collects and puts their waste into<br>\na big plastic bag to make it easier for the garbage collectors to<br>\npick it up. The vendors in the market can be divided into groups<br>\naccording to the block, and the group chiefs should be held<br>\nresponsible for the smooth operation of the refuse in their<br>\nrespective section.
