Commander of the Pusdikkes Education\nUnit, Lieutenant Colonel Ckm Said Jauhari, stated that the measure was\ntaken to ensure all participants can undergo the training safely\naccording to their respective health conditions. \u201cWe conducted health\nchecks on all participants before the training. After identifying their\nhealth conditions and medical histories, we provided special assistance\nto participants deemed vulnerable to illness,\u201d Said said during an\ninterview at Puskesad, East Jakarta, Tuesday. He noted that the health\nassistance would be provided throughout the education period, which\nlasts approximately one and a half months. To date, his team has\nrecorded 12 participants with pre-existing medical conditions and two\npregnant participants. They are excluded from outdoor activities such as\nmarching and sports, and receive special health monitoring during the\neducation programme. Additionally, Pusdikkes has prepared hospital\nfacilities to provide medical services should any participant experience\nhealth issues during the training. \u201cThe current field activities are\nmore directed towards fostering discipline and cohesiveness among the\nparticipants,\u201d he said.
