        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Ministry of Finance is preparing a\nquota for recruiting 380 high school (SMA) graduates in the recruitment\nof employees for the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC).\nFinance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa stated that the status of these\nhigh school graduate employees will not be civil servants (PNS), but\nrather Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). He said that\nthis recruitment process is an effort to realise the need for new\ncustoms officers that he has conveyed since the end of last year, but\nwhich has yet to be realised. \u201cWe have long said to open 380 positions\nat Customs for high school graduates,\u201d Purbaya said at his office in\nJakarta on Tuesday (7\/4\/2026). Purbaya emphasised that the job vacancies\nbeing opened as customs field officers are specifically for high school\ngraduates. \u201cBecause I also need people at the technical level in the\nfield.
