        "content": "<p>Jakarta, VIVA \u2013 Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa has assured\nthat the plan to import 105,000 pick-up trucks by PT Agrinas Pangan\nNusantara to support the operations of Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (Kopdes\nMerah Putih) will not burden the country\u2019s fiscal position.<\/p>\n<p>According to the minister, Kopdes Merah Putih will obtain financing\nthrough loans from Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara), the consortium\nof state-owned banks. The Ministry of Finance will subsequently repay\nthe loan obligations in instalments of approximately Rp 40 trillion per\nyear over the next six years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor me, the risk is clear \u2014 there is no additional fiscal risk.\nBecause every year, part of the funds are transferred from the village\nfund allocation,\u201d Purbaya said at the APBN KITA press conference for\nFebruary 2026 at the Ministry of Finance, Jakarta, on Monday, 23\nFebruary 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo every year we do spend that amount.
